Description :
　　Long acting oxytetracycline injection contains 200mg/ml of oxytetracycline .it is specially formulated to provide sustained antibiotic blood levels up to 4days following a single treatment
Uses :
　　Oxytetracycline 20% injection LA is a broad spectrum antibiotic .and is indicated for the treatment and control of conditions caused by.or associated with .oxytetracycline-sensitive organisms .A large number of Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria .certain mycoplasma species .rickettsiae.protozoa and the chlamydiae are sensitive to oxytetracycine
Indication :
　　CATTLE:for the treatment and control of pasteurellosis and pneumonia caused by oxytetracycline sensitive organisms.the product may also be of value for foul-in-the-foot.
　　SHEEP:for the control fo enzootic abortion and pneumonia caused by oxytetracycline sensitive organisms,the product may be an aid in the treatment of footrot .acute severe mastitis .infectious ovine keratoconjunctivitis (pink-eye) and ,in lambs.of tick -borne fever .it may also be of value in the treatment of tick pyaemia in lambs
Dosage and administration:
　　Administer by deep intramuscular injection at a single dose rate of 1ml per 10kg of body weight .it is recommended in cattle that not more than 20ml.and in sheep not more than 5ml .be injected at any one site ,in youg lambs for the short term control of tick borne fever ant tick pyeamia a 2ml dose should be used per lamb.
Caution :occasional sensitivity reactions(anaphylaxis) to oxytetracycline have been known to occur .in such cases ,administer epinephrine immediately.
Warning :treated animal must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least 21days after the latest treatment .do not use in lactating dairy cattle.
Storage :store in a cool place(3℃-15℃)
